Sebastian Chern appointed VP External of FACL BC

The HEL team wants to congratulate our associate Sebastian Chern for his recent appointment to the Executive of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers British Columbia (“FACL BC”) as Vice President External.

FACL BC is a diverse coalition of Asian Canadian legal professionals working to promote equity, justice, and opportunity for Asian Canadian legal professionals and the wider community.

As the VP External, Sebastian will be overseeing FACL BC’s Advocacy Committee and Kamloops Committee and developing and fostering FACL BC’s relationships with other organizations and key stakeholders. Sebastian is excited to continue working with the fantastic team of passionate lawyers and law students on the Board and its various committees. We are excited to see what they will continue do for this community in the coming year.
