Welcoming Sebastian Chern and Nikki Morrow Back to HEL Fulltime

As clients and followers of HEL who pay attention to the details may recall, through an alliance arrangement with Ascent Employment Law, Sebastian Chern has been leading a double life for the past 22 months, remaining an active associate of Howard Employment Law, while also working for AEL. As the founder of HEL and Sebastian’s mentor since we opened our doors in 2020, I could not be prouder to announce that, effective May 1, 2026, he is returning full time to HEL and will soon become my partner. A further announcement with more details will follow on that front, but for now: welcome back Sebastian!

Our invaluable Legal Assistant and Office Coordinator (of everything) Nikki Morrow will also be ending her part time support for AEL and focusing on the expansion of our firm, with a new associate to be added in the near future (see our Job Ad here: https://howardemploymentlaw.ca/job-posting/ )
